Pensioner Details

This is the main Pensioner screen - all the Pensioner details are displayed on one screen from where you can complete most payroll procedures.

From the buttons you can also:

• Review and Maintain Adjustments
• Review Pay History
• Produce Pensioner Report

You can also complete the following payroll procedures:

• Zeroise Pay (re-start the period pay cycle)
• Data Entry - enter any pay changes for the period
• Calculate Payroll
• Perform a Calculation override
• Produce a Payslip

 

Pensioner Details Report

This is the Pensioner Details report - showing information held for the Pensioner.



 

Pensioner Search

From this screen you can search on the information displayed on the screen. In this example the search is for the name "SMITHDOWN".



The search is for Pensioners across payrolls - and from the results you can go directly to the Pensions Detail screen for the Pensioner you select.
