Single Database: You can set up a single database for all your payrolls, this provides ease of administration.

Database per Payroll: This is a database per payroll, providing easier backup administration.

Combination: You can also implement a combination of the above for separate payrolls.

Development

Developed using the latest technologies using MS .Net within Microsoft Visual Studio running on a MS SQL Server Database. Reports are developed using Crystal Reports. You can be confident that your payroll investment is secure.

HMRC Filing

You can choose to link to HMRC via On-Line or for larger payrolls you can use EDI GFF (Generic File Format). This is an HMRC EDI Recognised product.

Existing Services

You can choose to retain existing service providers, for example BACS, or payslip service. Pensioner Payroll outputs files in an xml format that can be refomatted to your requirements.
